Per Nvidia policy, catering for meetings with external business partners are PR exempt. 

Catering for internal meetings >$200  require PR approval and must include a valid business reason. These expenses should be charged to the activity fund. If activity fund is fully used, internal meeting catering should be paid out of pocket with a credit card.

As of Oct.1, 2025, all internal catering require a PR to be processed.
