CATERING POLICIES

Welcome to Bon Appétit catering services at NVIDIA. These menus have been designed to assist you in your event planning. However, every function is unique, and we will be happy to create a customized menu for your event, large or small. To provide you with the highest level of service while minimizing cost, we have established the following guidelines to assist you.

ordering

72-hour notice is requested on all catering events. If this is not possible, we will make every effort to accommodate your needs but your menu selection will be limited and delivery time is not guaranteed. All orders placed after 72 hours will incur a $45.00 late fee.

Orders must be submitted by 2:00pm. We will do our best to accommodate orders received after this time but there may be an additional service charge.

Minimum 24-hour notice is required for cancellation to avoid being charged full cost.

All orders must be separated by event date and time to avoid any confusion on any given catering event. All day events cannot be combined into one catering invoice.

$40.00 minimum for delivered orders.

No Minimum for orders picked up in Café.

10-order minimum per entrée.

30-minute set-up time preferred prior to event. Please reserve your meeting space accordingly.

Prices include disposable place settings.

Catering orders are subject to local sales tax.

Prices are subject to change due to seasonal availability.

additional charges

Standard china settings are available for $5.00 per person, House black linen is also available for $5.00. All upgraded linens, floral arrangements, formal dinnerware, special requests, and décor will be priced according to event specifications. Please allow a 72 hour advance notice for any special requests and arrangements.

Service fees may apply for all evening events that require culinary assistance after 2:30pm; depending on the size and type of your event. Standard rate starts at $50 per hour per staff member.
